How payments, plans, revisions and bookings work with us.
Payments
Currencies
Clients in Sri Lanka are invoiced in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Clients outside Sri Lanka are invoiced in US dollars (USD). US dollar amounts shown on this website are approximate and based on the current exchange rate.
How to pay
You can pay by bank transfer or online through the payment link on your invoice (cards, LankaQR and other methods supported by our payment provider). Any bank or transfer fees are paid by the client.
Payment in advance
All services are paid in full, in advance. This applies to monthly plans, one-off projects and drone shoots.
When work starts
Work starts once your payment is received. Until then, no shoots, content, campaigns or project work are scheduled.
Ad spend
Ad spend is not part of our fees. It is paid directly by you to the platform, such as Meta, TikTok or Google, using your own payment method.
No cancellations or refunds
Once a payment is made, the service cannot be cancelled and the payment is not refundable. If we have to cancel a booking or project on our side, we refund any payment for work not yet done.
Extras
Anything beyond what is included in your package or quote, such as extra content, extra revisions or extra shoot time, is charged separately. We always confirm the price with you first.
Paid ads
Management fee
Ads management is paid in full, monthly in advance, on top of any content package. Campaigns go live once payment is received. Your quote shows the exact fee.
Minimum period
Paid ads management has a 3-month minimum, so campaigns have time to learn, be tested and improve.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform from your own ad account and card. We never hold your ad budget.
Results
We plan, run and improve your campaigns using best practice, but no one can guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings or sales from advertising.
SEO & websites
Payment
Website and one-off SEO projects are paid in full before work starts.
Revisions
Your quote sets out the pages, features and revision rounds included. Extra pages, features or revision rounds are charged extra.
Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, the website design and content we create for you are yours. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock images stay under their own licences.
Hosting and domains
Hosting, domain names and paid plugins are billed by their providers, or passed on at cost if we pay them for you.
SEO results
SEO and AI search visibility take time and depend on search engines we do not control. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic.
Drone shoots (Flymov)
Booking
Shoots are paid in full in advance. Your date is confirmed once payment is received.
Flight approvals
We get the approvals needed from the Ministry of Defence and the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka. The approval fees are included in our prices.
Location permission
If the shoot takes place on a third-party location, such as a hotel, villa, venue or archaeological site, you are responsible for getting that location's permission.
Transport
Transport for our team and equipment to and from the shoot location is provided by you.
Weather and safety
Drones cannot fly safely in rain or strong wind. If the weather or safety rules stop the shoot, you can reschedule to another date within 30 days at no extra cost. Payments are not refunded. The pilot's decision on safety is final.
Cancellation
Payments for drone shoots are not refundable if you cancel.
Delivery
You receive a 1-minute edited video and 12 edited aerial photos, plus all raw footage on a pen drive.
General
Using your work in our portfolio
We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to in writing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in your quote or agreement apply to your project.

Social media management
Monthly plans
Packages are paid in full at the start of each month. The work included each month is shown on the social media content page. Unused shoots, reels or posts do not carry over to the next month.
Payment timing
We need at least 2 weeks to plan, shoot and prepare each month's content. To have your content ready on time, payment for the next month is due 2 weeks before the month starts. For example, December's payment is due by 14 November. If payment arrives later, your content start date moves back by the same amount of time.
Cancellations
A month that has been paid cannot be cancelled or refunded. Plans continue month to month: to stop or change your plan, simply don't renew it for the following month.
Shoots
Shoots are scheduled in advance as part of the monthly content calendar. Time beyond your package's shoot duration is charged extra. If you need to move a shoot, please tell us at least 48 hours before.
Approvals and revisions
Essential includes 1 revision round per content item, and Growth and Premium include 2, within the approved concept. Please approve content within 48 hours so it can be posted on schedule. Extra revisions, or new concepts after approval, are charged extra.
Account access
You keep ownership of your social media accounts. You give us the access we need to post and manage them, and you can remove it at any time.
